Ciel Phantomhive has long lashes and looks fine... I think closing the distance between the eyebrows might help you shape the mold of a typical male character's face. Other than that perhaps adjusting the height and size of his eyes relative to the nose and mouth will help - what you currently have helps to create a younger look, I don't know if that's what you were aiming for
